About Us

Clean Up the Philippines Day (CUP Day) is the flagship event of Clean Up the Philippines Campaign.

Managed and coordinated by Clean Up the Philippines Movement, Inc., CUP Day is a nationwide volunteer clean up event organized independently by individual members and member organizations of the Campaign.

Clean Up the Philippines Campaign is a network of individuals, communities and organizations who volunteered and committed themselves to do something positive for their own local environment.

CUP Day is being held every third Saturday of September each year as part of the annual International Clean Up the World Weekend otherwise known as the World Clean Up Day.

Each year, participants of CUP Day join an estimated 35 million volunteers in over 120 countries cleaning up their own part of the world.

Aside from the regular clean up drive, some members opt to conduct other environmental activities during CUP Day such as tree planting activities, environmental education programs, environmental art exhibits, and many more.
